2. Description of Service

ANDY RCH provides automated emoji reaction services for WhatsApp channels. The Service allows users to add multiple emoji reactions to their WhatsApp channel posts automatically.

3. Use License

3.1 Free Plan

Users are permitted to make up to 12 reaction requests per day under the free plan. This limit is enforced per IP address and per channel.

3.2 Premium Plan

Premium users receive unlimited reaction requests with priority support. Premium subscriptions are available by contacting our support team.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the system
  • Not use the Service to spam or harass others
  • Provide accurate channel information when making requests
  • Respect WhatsApp's Terms of Service

5. Rate Limiting

To ensure fair usage and prevent abuse, we implement the following rate limits:

  • Free users: 12 requests per day per IP address
  • Free users: 12 requests per day per channel
  • Both limits are enforced simultaneously
  • Limits reset daily at midnight UTC
  • Premium users: No rate limits

6. Privacy & Data Collection

We collect and store the following information:

  • IP addresses for rate limiting purposes
  • Channel information (name, ID, follower count)
  • Reaction requests and timestamps
  • Usage statistics

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Data is used solely for service operation and improvement.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

ANDY RCH is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data or service interruptions
  • Actions taken by WhatsApp or third parties
  • Any issues arising from the use of our Service

9. Refund Policy

Premium subscriptions are non-refundable. Please contact support if you experience any issues with the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
